Data Reporting & RDT&E

 

The Conflict Kinetics program is designed to continually improve based on hard performance data. As developments are made, CK constantly updates and refines the training program. The result is a program that increases in value over time as it continuously collects performance and biometric data that eventually becomes the most valuable component of the program.

 

CK systems automatically and seamlessly record performance and biometric data during training sessions – completely optimizing the time spent training.

 

Data reports are customized to capture measures of performance (MoP) and effectiveness (MoE). Trend analysis can also be featured on performance measured over a longer period of time. In full installations, optional data analysis and program design report services are available.

 

Individual Reports

Individual reports use CK baseline drills and/or use drills appropriate for a client’s specific requirements.

 

Group Reports

Group reports can be configured for individual vs. individual and team vs. team. These reports are valuable information for commanders and other decision makers.

Methods developed over years of collaborating with the world’s best operators have led to the creation of processes that can logically guide marksmen in appropriate levels of difficulty without the overhead cost associated with onsite trainers.

 

These Adaptive Marksmanship processes are designed to remediate or accelerate the progression of marksmen’s skills through performance trend data analysis and Intelligent Triggering™.  As a marksman grows and matures or degrades after a prolonged injury or deployment, the Software System will recognize physical and performance attribute changes and expand or contract the training agenda accordingly.
